We continue to implement new measures in our distribution services to provide our clients with a safe, clean, and pleasant environment. Here are some of the most commonly asked questions we are asked. If your question is not listed here contact us at web@jcdlogisticsinc.com and a member of the team will be glad to get you the answer,

Is it safe to handle packaging?

We take utmost precautions in handling our packages as we do with any other thing during this pandemic. Our packages are either delivered straight from the factory or from the warehouse, in either case, the people who handle these packages till the point of delivery are reminded to follow the safety measures of physical distancing and contactless delivery. As a precautionary measure, we advise our retailers to clean and sanitize their receiving and display areas, as well as customers to clean and sanitize the packages before bringing it inside their homes.

What measures do you take to safeguard your employees?

We inform our employees about COVID-19 and remind them to follow simple but effective measures for their safety, such as wearing masks, wearing gloves, washing their hands frequently, keeping the recommended physical distancing and to take any sign of illness very seriously and to consult a health care professional if necessary.

How does the outbreak affect your distribution schedule?

We recognize and appreciate the critical role we play in the global supply chain and for your business. We are currently implementing our emergency plans designed to allow us to continue operating and limit the impact on your business – while putting safety first.

How is JCD helping the community in this time of crisis?

Like other disaster-ridden situations around the world, we responded to deliver emergency food supplies to the homeless, less privileged and seniors who cannot, either due to financial or physical restrictions, afford to fill in their grocery stock during the city’s lock-down period. We are extremely honoured to be part of a team that is always ready to help communities in need. Click here to know more about our community service.
